NVC & Diversity Intensive Retreat
Multi-Day Event, This is an intensive, week-long residential retreat. We start sessions right after breakfast, work all day with some breaks, and finish with a session after dinner.

Grounded in principles of NVC, we will:
explore North American power dynamics
examine real wounds and societal messages on race, ethnicity and class
learn and improve concrete communication skills
understand how to deepen connections with others
identify effective strategies to support engagement with those currently working within the systems of power
share practices and strategies with each other
